in the UK (technically "England & Wales")
under number 05676780. Our registered office is at: PO

2 - What's the point of this policy?
2.1 The idea is that we tell you how
we deal with your "personal data". (This is
the technical term for information about any identified
or identifiable living person). Please read on to find
out what types of personal data we collect, how we use
and protect it, to who’m we disclose it and how
you can access and rectify it.
2.2 We want you to feel
comfortable with what we do. So much so that we don't
agree to you using our site or registering as a member
unless you are completely happy with this policy. If you
do, we'll assume that you do accept the policy.

4 - What personal or other data do we collect?
4.1 We collect and store the information
which you enter into forms on our site, for example when
you register as a member on our site (eg your name, address,
contact details and payment information), post a profile
or personal ad, enter search criteria, upload photos or
video, participate in surveys or contests or the like,
or communicate with other members via our site including
chat, video etc. You may opt out of providing any such
information by simply choosing not to complete the relevant
form but certain information is compulsory if you want
to use a particular part of our services.
4.2 Certain of the information
which you voluntarily provide (e.g. photos or video) may
constitute "sensitive data" e.g. by revealing
your ethnic origin, religion and/or sexual orientation.
By providing such data you specifically consent to our
processing it in accordance with the policy.
4.3 We may also collect
personal information which you provide us when communicating
with us in some other way e.g. by email.
4.4 We may receive and
store certain information automatically when you interact
with us. Examples include the internet protocol (IP) address
used to connect your computer to the internet, connection
information such as browser type and version, your operating
system and platform, a unique reference number linked
to the data you enter on our system, login details, the
full URL clickstream to, through and from our site (including
date and time), cookie number, activity on our website
including the pages you visited and searches you made.

5 - Cookies
5.1 Like many websites we use cookies
(or may do so in future). A cookie is a small amount of
data that is sent to your browser from a web server and
stored on your computer's hard drive so that the site

5.5 As do many other
sites, we use third party advertisers and/or internet
advertising companies working for them to fill ad space
on our site. These third parties may use cookies and other
similar technologies (known as action tags, single pixel

visits to this and other sites. This is so they can track
the effectiveness of their campaigns (including whether
these ads are clicked on or viewed by users and later
purchases by such users), avoid showing you the same ad
repeatedly and display ads on this and other sites tailored
to your preferences. We don't have any access to or control

6.1 We use your personal data to provide
our services e.g. processing payments or to send you service-related
messages such as confirmation emails and other messages
concerning your relationship with us. Such messages may
include newsletters, special offers and commercial messages
related to our service.

you try to contact us via our site including verification
of any claims you may make.

7.1 Security is a high priority. We take
precautions to protect personal data from loss, misuse,
unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction
using the same safeguards as we use for our own proprietary

7.2 Your personal data
is stored on secure dedicated database servers that are
separate from our website servers and are not connected
to the internet. We also maintain physical and procedural
safeguards in connection with the collection, storage
and disclosure of personal data.
7.3 Our banking partner
also uses 128 bit SSL technology to encrypt credit card
transactions.

8 - To whom do we disclose personal data?
8.1 We do not disclose any personal data
to third parties except in so far as we say so below.
8.2 We may allow access
to your personal data by third parties who supply us with
a service - for the purpose of their service only. Examples
include payment providers and businesses which assist
us in undertaking communications or monitoring our site.
8.3 If you have agreed
on our site, we may provide your personal data to our
partners so that they can send you emails (or other communications)
with details of goods or services which may be of interest
to you including information about special offers or promotions.
If you wish to stop receiving such offers, you can unsubscribe

site, for example when you chat to another member, visit
another member's page or add a member to your list of

(All of this of course excludes contact details and payment
data provided on registration or applying for a membership
which are not disclosed to other members or users).
8.6 We may (direct or
through our partners) distribute, publish or broadcast
the information contained in your profile (including images
and video), personal ad and search criteria to third parties
including via email newsletters, on third party websites
or via any other distribution media including electronic
media (such as email, SMS, MMS, WAP, Internet, CD-Rom
or DVD-Rom), and audiovisual communications media (including
press, radio, analogue television, digital television,
cable or satellite). You have granted us a licence to
do this by agreeing to our terms & conditions (T&C’s).
If you no longer wish us or our partners to distribute,
publish or broadcast such information, you can terminate
your registration with us by following the instructions
in the designated part of our site. Such termination will
not affect any previous distribution, publication or broadcast
of the relevant material and will only take effect upon
the next update or version thereof.
8.7 We may disclose
personal data so far as reasonably necessary:
a) if we think you have or may have breached
our terms and conditions or to enforce our rights or protect
the public or where if we are required to do so by law
or appropriate authority; or
b) in the case of an actual or proposed
(including negotiations for a) sale or merger or business
combination involving of all or the relevant part of our
business or in the case of an insolvency.
8.8 We may share your
information with any other companies within our group
for the purposes stated in this privacy policy.
8.9 We will take reasonable
steps to require that third parties to whom we transfer
any personal data will agree to provide sufficient protection.
We may store or transfer personal data outside the European
Economic Area for the purposes stated in this policy.

9.1 You can access, rectify or delete

section on our website. We will of course need to be satisfied
that you are who you say you are. We may charge an administration
fee in line with data protection laws.
