PRODUCT GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY

• Real Romantics guarantees the quality of every item sold in our store.
• We are a made to order business and for that reason we are unable to allow returns or exchanges. Every item is custom curated just for you when an order is placed. **Please double check your order before completing the checkout process.
• Exceptions for returns or exchanges will only be made for damaged or defective items within 30 days of the purchase date. A photo of the item with the entire garment visible will be required for either a replacement of the same item, or store credit only.
• We want all of our Real Romantics to love their purchase, so please contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order as soon as possible.
